Common questions
Do I need to download an app?
No. You send photos or text on WhatsApp, the number you already use. Your records land in a Google Sheet — that's the entire "app."
What if ScoopCnote reads something wrong?
Check the details before saving. If anything is wrong, tap No or reply NO. Nothing is recorded. Send a new photo, or start the text entry again with the correct details.
Can other shops or customers see my sheet?
No. Every business gets its own private Google Sheet. Your records are never mixed with, or visible to, anyone else's.
Which payment screenshots work?
Receipts, invoices, and most payment-app screenshots work. Mobile money alerts from MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo are supported today — if yours isn't listed, send it anyway and we'll tell you what we read.
What does it cost?
There is a Free plan, with paid plans for higher limits and more features. If you already have pilot terms, confirm those terms with us before upgrading. See plan details
